Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HotForecast, operated by [Company legal name], [Registration number], [Registered address]. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

HotForecast delivers a short, AI-generated weather video every morning (target: by 7:00 AM local time) to the delivery channel you selected — WhatsApp, Telegram or email — based on your chosen region and avatar preferences. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Subscription & billing

• The subscription costs 9.99 € per month, payable in advance via our payment provider (Stripe).
• The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• No free trial. Access to the service starts as soon as your first payment is confirmed.
• You can cancel at any time in one click from your dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops all future charges; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you provide (phone number or email). We are not responsible for videos not received when the contact detail you provided is wrong, unreachable, or when the delivery platform itself fails to deliver.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the generated videos commercially, attempt to reverse-engineer the generation pipeline, circumvent usage limits, or use the service in violation of applicable laws or the terms of the delivery platforms.

5. AI-generated content

Videos are generated automatically. While we aim for accuracy and consistency, weather data may be delayed or approximate, and visual output may vary. The service is provided for information and entertainment; it is not a substitute for official weather alerts or emergency warnings.

6. Intellectual property

The HotForecast brand, website, generation pipeline and generated assets are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the videos delivered to you for personal use.

7. Availability & changes

We work to keep the service available every day, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of it (for example if a provider or platform becomes unavailable). Material changes to the service or these Terms will be communicated to you in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the [3/6/12] months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, notably in cases of payment failure or misuse of the service.

10. Governing law
